Courtney den Elzen is a writer passionate about the role nature plays in wellness and building a life one loves. An energetic yogi, marathon runner, and occasional skateboarder, travel has developed in her life as an extension of her love for movement, new challenges and exploring our incredible planet. Born in Toronto, she spent 6 years in the United States for school, 2.5 months in Chile, and taken many shorter trips around the world. She is now returning to the city of her childhood. Her favorite way to see the world is by immersing herself in towns for months at a time.
