Some places never really leave us. The café where you spent a rainy afternoon abroad. The childhood home you still dream about. The city that cracked you open and put you back together differently. The corner of the world that, for reasons you can’t fully explain, still feels like yours.
In this workshop, we’ll write about the places we carry with us long after we’ve left — the landscapes, cities, and corners of the world that shaped who we are and continue to call us back.
Through guided writing exercises and reflection, you’ll explore what it is about certain places that holds us, what we were looking for when we found them, and what they reveal about who we were – and who we’ve become.
During this live online workshop, we will:
- Engage in four guided writing exercises to uncover your unique voice
- Reflect on past and present travel experiences with fresh insight
- Explore new techniques to get your creative energy flowing
- Share your writing within a supportive community of international women writers
After completing Pink Pangea workshops, women have written for major publications, launched their own blogs, or continued to write in their journals. Others have simply enjoyed trying something new. All participants will receive a recording of the workshop.
